To register and use aiaiwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. aiaiwin is strictly an adult platform. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.

Any winnings accrued during the verification period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

One Account Per Person

Where duplicate accounts are detected, aiaiwin will close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and may withhold real money balances pending a full investigation. Account Credentials and Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aiaiwin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. aiaiwin will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is your sole responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your aiaiwin account within 60 seconds of successful confirmation. Card transactions may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank.
• aiaiwin does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• All deposits are held in a segregated player funds account and are not used for operational purposes by aiaiwin.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the account cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one business day in the majority of cases. Requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are prioritised.
• aiaiwin reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect player funds and prevent fraud.
• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balance may be withdrawn.

Currency

All transactions on aiaiwin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player deposits using an internationally denominated card, the transaction will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate differences are outside the control of aiaiwin.

All sports bets placed on aiaiwin — including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, as well as football, kabaddi, hockey, and water polo markets — are subject to the following general betting rules. Bet Placement and Confirmation

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the aiaiwin system. A confirmation reference number will be displayed on screen and recorded in your account bet history.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted.

Odds and Prices

All odds displayed on aiaiwin are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds in particular may move rapidly during live matches and events. In the event that an odds error is identified — whether caused by a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — aiaiwin reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to the affected accounts. We will endeavour to notify affected players promptly where such a void is applied.

Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conclusion of the minimum play period required for bets to stand (as defined in the sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In the case of cricket matches affected by weather — particularly relevant for Bangladesh domestic fixtures — the match-specific rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes will apply where applicable.

Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on aiaiwin and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of mechanical or artificial bet placement system
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting price discrepancies across markets
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of insider information
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, mis-priced markets, or platform malfunctions to generate artificial winnings

Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, live dealer games, and slot titles available on aiaiwin use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer dealing procedures supplied by licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available within the respective game information panels. aiaiwin does not modify the RTP or game mechanics of any title from its original certified configuration.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from your account.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are separate from real money balance and are clearly identified in the account cashier.
• Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, the qualifying deposit must be made using a real-money payment method. Deposits made using existing account credit or bonus funds do not qualify.

Wagering Requirements

aiaiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated systems in connection with the platform
• Bonus abuse, including the operation of multiple accounts to claim promotions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension
• Discovery that the account belongs to a person under the age of 18

Effect of Suspension

Upon account suspension, access to the platform will be disabled. The status of any real money balance held in the account at the time of suspension will be determined following an internal investigation. Where no fraudulent activity is identified and the suspension is the result of an administrative or compliance matter, real money balances will be returned to the player via the verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Closure

Dormant Accounts

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and aiaiwin arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to seek resolution first through the aiaiwin internal complaints process. To lodge a complaint, email support@aiaiwin with full details of your account and the nature of the dispute. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
